Is that the only water you are drinking, or are you having plain water as well?

What sweetener is in it? Different people have different effects from different sweeteners, so if you are losing OK then it might be OK for you.

If you stop losing or have a lot of cravings for sweet stuff it might be worth seeing how you do without it.

My personal opinion is that artificial sweeteners don't help weight loss, but that is my opinion.

Why are you drinking the water? I only like plain water if I'm thirsty. To drink enough water in a day, I usually just have cold steeped herbal teas all the time. Or, I add mint chlorophyl and lemon to water. Occasionally a drop or two of vanilla stevia with lime juice and water.

There's lots of options besides commercially made flavoured waters...

Think the sweeteners are a no go area for me as have ended up being more thirsty and hungry all the time. Thanks for the replys and back to plain water.
