Default Cautious but Excited... finally, some movement.

I had been stuck for about 3 weeks. This morning the scale says I lost 2 pounds! This is 2 pounds lower than I have been since starting, so not the same 3-4 pounds I have been gaining and losing for 3 weeks. I am very excited. For the past 2 days I have not been as hungry and have reduced the amount of food I have been consuming. This may be helping. Whew! I may not have to resort to that fat fast afer all!

Congrats!

Feels good to finally see the scale move, no??

I too find that (contrary to sage advice) the less I eat, the
faster I lose. If I consumed 10-12x my weight, I'm afraid I'd
never see the scale move.

But that's just me...and, apparently YOU!

Cheers

Dana

Thanks for your support. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I don't wake up tomorrow morning, only to have gained it all back...
