Question anyone take diet supplements aka Xenadrine etc while on ATkins?

I heard you can loose weight faster if you supplement a diet aid? Anyone with experience or heard please let me know?

I personally have no experience but I heard it can be dangerous, as a lot of dietary supplements are. I would definitely see a doctor before taking them, but then again... naturally would be better... you won't have to worry about any problems that could occur.

I wouldn't recommend it especially since your so close to goal.

And personally I love the I did this on my own without needing "diet pills", feeling.

Good luck!

Xenadrine

I don't know about thew US, but this crap is banned in Canada, I know it can still be gotten, but it is very dangerous!!!
Useing it to lose a bit faster, instead of following the plan, can destroy your health for the long run. Do not buy into the false claims and ads out they.

You don't have much to lose, so relax, do it right

Ephedra products have been banned in the us, anything you buy now Xenadrine, etc. is ephedra free. There are pretty pointless to take and won't do much. I used to take ephedra products and had a lot of weight loss, but it just isn't worth the health risk. Don't waste your time, as long as you stick to your diet and exercise you will be fine. There are a few products out there, but they are very expensive and may not be compatable with low carb diets. Good luck!
