Guess who whooshed last night?
Yours truly of course! I read on another thread that sometimes working out can make you gain a little water weight. That was happening to me. Instaed of losing my little quarter of a pound every morning, I gained half a pound. I mean, it's only half a pound I wasn't freaked out or anything. Still it's not quite as pleasant as loosing even a little. Well this morning makes up for all of that becuse I lost alot!!!
I went from 185 to 182.2! That is almost the weight I was at when I gave up on atkins the first time. Well, not this time. Thie is the most wonderful lifestyle, I could never give it up....
BTW-Deep dish pizza quice----absolutely fabulous!!!
