Very New to LC
Hello All
As you can see by the subject of this post I’m very new to a low Carbohydrate diet. In fact all this fat worries me. But I’m willing to learn about it, and try it.
I have read Dr. Atkins book, understand most of it. But the problem is I’m a Collage freshman, and eating healthy is a bit of a problem. I’m up and gone before the cafeteria open two day out of the weak. And home to late the other to nights. Lunch is never a problem. What would the best foods be for the first 14 days for a collage student?
What where you menus like?
Is ketchup all right? (isn’t it made with sugar?)
Can you gain weight when you first start?
