Default I missed you all so much!!

I just wanted to say hi to everyone....DH and I have finally finished the move into the house and I had some time to get on the computer!

I missed you all very much during my "hiatus" ....and I thought of y'all everyday. During the stress of the move, I stayed lc, even on move day when we ordered pizza (I did what someone had said they did...ate the toppings & cheese without the crust....eh, I wasn't missing much was I? )

hi kath and welcome back...glad to hear you were able to stay low carbing even during moving. I'm not sure I would have been able to handle everything, so I commend you!

Thanks everyone! Actually, lc was the easiest part of the move....because I'm lc'ing, I'm not starving all the time....so easy to grab a piece of cheese or some lunch meat just to tide me over till meal time!

One of the funniest parts of the move was moving the contents of the freezer...our new freezer is smaller, and with my stock of meat, there's barely room for the ice cube trays!!

Welcome back, Kath!! It's so empowering when we can control our eating when everything else seems "out of control!" Kudos to you!
