Newbie menu help - vegetarian
Long time lurker..first time poster....
Just started LC today and would love for some one to critique my menu today...(SparkleC Journal)
I gotta tell you that I have felt very sleepy all day...didnt even work out tonight...and I hate to miss a workout. But since I am a vegetarian...I am giving up LOTS of carbs! LOL
I do eat dairy and fish so I am convinced I can do this.
I quit smoking and turned 30 all in one year..and gained 20 pounds for it
Feeling very uncomfortable...have tried to follow the zone..too complicated...already workout five days a week...
from all I have read -low carb sounds like what my body needs...
well thanks in advance for any advise!!!
