Default question for those of you who use fitday.com

I started keeping a food journal and I LOVE that it tells me how many calories and carbs I have had in a day... I had 14 today--pretty cool huh? even with my avacado.

My question is....Is it right for atkins that my "fat" pie slice is a LOT bigger than my "protein" slice? kwim?

YES! Your fat ratio should be about 75%, your protein about 20%, and carbs about 5% roughly speaking.

I did already lode 3 inches on my waist.... this is truly amazing!

hmmm well I guess I could tell you what I eat...lol other than that I have no idea what to say! lol
for instance cheeseburgers are pretty high in fat...lol bacon obviously.... so have a bacon cheeseburger.
no bun obviously! dip it in Mayo...

I just read your menu from yesterday you should chuck the lightMiracle whip and get some REal mayonaise!!! Atkis book says no diet or light...

You can add any custom foods to fitday that you want. Just pick add new custom food and put in the info from the label that you have.

I almost never have any problem keeping my fat ratio up. I guess it just works out that way w/the foods I eat most often.
