Default I am down 7 sizes!

I am in a size 4 from a 16. I'm counting only even numbers, obviously.

If I were to count all of them (odd's included) I'd have lost 12 sizes.

Keep it up everybody, and if I can do you can!
Thanks for being here for me!

Wish I could! Does anybody know if I can?

I do something called Walk Away the Pounds. They are tapes that are one mile, two miles, and three miles. They're low-impact and fun.
I try to do them everyday, but if I can't, 3-4 times a week is okay.

You ROCK! How wonderful! I did some math and you have lost 32% of your starting weight.

At a size 4, you must be tiny, woman. I would change my goal weight to what you are now.
