Default Is there any difference between ...

Is there any difference between the atkins book with the blue cover( the one I have) and the book with the white cover. I wan't sure if I should look for and purchase the white cover book.. I have been following the blue cover one. Help if any one can please. thanks

One is just newer than the other by a few years - I don't quite remember, but I think the blue one is the latest (check the copyright date). I have the white one, still a good read!

There is a difference in the books. I borrowed a friends blue hard cover and read it 2x's. I wanted to return it and bought a white paperback at Walmart. The paperback has a few extra chapters in it with additional information and a larger carb counter than the blue.
i have read it 2 more times and still pick up new info every time. Definately get your own copy.
