Angry Newbie not a Newbie

Hi All,
I have been on Atkins for 4 months. I have lost 25 lbs and I LOVE this way of life. Since Christmas I just can't seem to get my act together. I seem to be in and out of the program and not making any progress. I think the problem is that I am Freezing all the time. All I want to do is put my long johns on and go to bed until April. I'm having a real tuff time with water intake as well which I know is KEY. Anybody else out there feeling this way or does anybody have some good advice?????? Have a great day.

Gretchen

I am also freezing all the time - i just make myself go out and do stuff to keep myself busy. if i stay in i tend not to exercise eat a bit worse (even though i have more time to cook) and just mope about.

A good suggestion i seen earlier was to set a reminder on outlook mail for an appointment and put drink water as the appointment and put it on 'snooze' for 15 mins so you drink all the time - but only if you are near a computer all day. http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=159068

I also made some nice warm homemade LC soups yesterday which i eat when i am feeling cold.
