Exclamation Woman's World Fat Fast article..

I'm worried about the article in August 19 edition of Woman's World magazine... it touts the "fat fast" as a great way to jump-start your weight-loss plan. Big-print lines like "I lost 2 lbs.a day!" and small print mentions that it might be dangerous to people that lose weight easily...then back to the big print of "Miracle Plan" "Last hope Diet!"

The rest of the article details a couple other crash diets that sound "iffy"...

I used to laugh since this magazine has always had at least one diet headlined on the cover, than about 10 pages of yummy dessert recipes on the other pages, but I'm beginning to wonder if it's not funny anymore.
