Question restart intro-more loss?

what does returning to introductioN do for you? I see that many people return to that phase. Faster weight loss?

No - re induction didn't do it for me...... I'm kind of stalled, - I'm saying kind of as I've been losing and gaining the same two lbs since newyear. I have lost inches, so technically it's not a stall at all. Have been on re-induction for 5 weeks now...... no change, still same-ol, same-ol - the same two lbs lost and gained and lost and gained and lost and...... *phew*I'm a real turtle that has tried everything.... upped carbs, lowered carbs, up cals, lowered cals.... eny combination you can think of....

BUT I WILL GET THERE...... even if it is with tiny tiny steps..... I WILL GET THERE !!

I don't think I've ever left induction. Maybe if I increased carbs for a few weeks and then re-did Induction I could get a good weight loss?

Worth a shot!
