Hi,

when I use the keto stix, immediately it does not change colors. But I looked in the garbage can when I was emptying it and found all these stix purple, pink, light pink, etc. I thought I was not in ketosis becasue the stix never changed colors. I usually read it immediatly and it stays beige, then I throw it out. Am I in ketosis? Are you supposed to get a reading within 15-20 seconds?

you should wait about 15 or so seconds before checking the colour
it takes that long to develop

It depends on the brand. I have one brand that I bought at Walgreens and they read at 15 seconds another that I bought off Ebay they read after 45 seconds.
