Default picking a vitamin

Hi, this is my second week doing LC and I know I need to add a vitamin, I hate taking pills, I have a difficult time swallowing them, so I really only want to take one. I saw a vitamin at the pharmacy that said it worked especially well for people who are lowcarbing. I also saw Chritisol that said it worked well for people who were lowcarbing. Does anyone know anything about these? Any info would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks, almost30

There is no reason to buy any 'special' vitamins. A multi-vitamin is fine.
