Easy Bake Oven Challenge

Last night I watched Unwrapped, which was devoted entirely to the Easy Bake Oven.

This inspired me to issue a challenge to all aspiring cooks to create a LOW CARB recipe that can be baked in the Easy Bake Oven. It doesn't have to be a sweet, per se, but I would love to put my easy bake back to use (yes I have one at my age). Plus, it seems to me that those tiny little pans would be perfect for portion control! So... consider this challenge officially started!

And remember, everything tastes better when it's baked on a light bulb!

LOVE YOUR IDEA !I think any of the recipes using the mini muffins pans would work. You are so funny..I had an easy bake oven also..what a great idea!!
