Hi everyone!!! Glad to have stumbled upon this group as I am starting Atkins today with my husband and can use all of the ideas and support as I possibly can get. I have lots of "baby" pounds to lose (two children in 1 and a half years) so I am very serious and hope to be able to stick to the program.

Thanks so much for the support. I got on the scales today and it looks like 5lbs down already....in two days!!! Crazy!!!
