My fella came home for lunch today (rare). He had told me yesterday that his boss had been doing Atkins - today I sent his boss some Jolly Rancher Jello! I told the mister to be expecting a raise in the near future!

Someone is always bringing up high carb junk (like most offices) so I though that would really make his day. Cool guy, 'bout my age.

Wouldn't it be great if, unexpectantly, we all had a sugar free treats fairey bringing us an individual portion of something yummy? Sign me up for that!

Got to ask, what is Jolly Rancher Jello?

Sounds sick doesn't it?? It's just jello, sweetened with Splenda, premade little cups (like pudding) in the refridgerator section.

I've seen it in standard Jolly Ranch flavors - strawberry, raspberry, watermelon, and flourescent green apple. 3 carbs per serving (I can't eat just one so I wouldn't advise stocking up!)

Thanks! Before LC, I used to drop a jolly rancher candy in my water - cheap way to get flavored water!
