Default Lipid Levels after 3 months

I had mine done end of May and repeated middle of last week, that would be after about 3 months of faithful Atkins, and taking supplements including B vitamins, Vitamin C, pantothenic acid and guggulipid.

My values are still considered above what TPTB want to see (except for VLDL and triglycerides which were quite low the first time around and have dropped even further). However, after only three months of Atkins (and keeping my fat calorie percentage around 70%!!! and that mostly saturated and monosaturated butter, coconut oil and olive oil) and supplements, I've had the following percentage changes in my initial lipid values:

Total cholesterol: down 14%
LDL: down 16%
HDL: up 11%
Triglycerides: down 25%
VLDL: down 25%
Chol/HDL: down 22%
LDL/HDL: down 25%

That goes along with a 30 lb weight loss during that three months as well. My doc was pretty amazed and willing to go along with the experiment as opposed to trying to get me to take a statin (which I expressed strong reservations about).
