Default New kid on the block with some problems

Hey all just signed up today and made my first journal entry. In my journal I layed out my meal plan and work out schedual. I have been doing a low carb Extreemly low carb diet for a couple of weeks now with no results and a lot of side effects. Can you tell me what Im doing wrong?
