Thumbs down nutrasweet

It does however have nutrasweet which is not recommended.

The premade Crystal Light in bottles is made w/Splenda whereas the powder has aspertame. I bought some powdered Crystal Light to use, but it's still sitting in the pantry- I got a case of the bottled pink lemonade at Big Lots the other day. It's absolutely delish!

The bottled Crystal Light has no calories or carbs- liquid Splenda is carb-free since it doesn't have the bulking agents like it's granular form (as I'm told).

Enjoy- but in moderation! I treat myself to one bottle each night- only if I've satisfied my water intake for the day.

HTH-
Nikki

Default I do the same thing

With flavored water. Kroger's has a brand made with Splenda that is sooo good it seems like you are drinking a soda. But not until I have had at least 64 oz of water for the day.

I have some of the Crystal Light (aspartame sweetened) powder to mix w/psyllium husk powder. But then I decided I didn't like chugging down the Crystal Light/psyllium husks. I threw out the psyllium husk powder and now I have all this Crystal Light on hand which I will not end up using because I really try to avoid aspartame sweetened products (carbs or no carbs). It sometimes causes people to stall, OTOH, some people don't like the taste of Splenda and prefer aspartame. It's really not encouraged on Atkins, but my belief is YMMV.

Okay, but if you just have to have some. Try the raspberry lemonade. Its even better than the pink lemonade. So good!
