Cool cold hands & feet

My husband & I just started on low carb last week & are doing great. The only strange thing is that he has very cold hands & feet (which is very unusual for him). Just wondering if this is low carb related & possibly what would cause this (maybe not eating enough?) Thanks!

Talking Hi Melissa and WELCOME!!!

Hi ...

I can't tell you if cold hands and feet are from LCing, but I've always been really warm, even in the winter, and now it's very seldom that I'm not cold or goose-bump freezing... and I'm talking indoors ... and it's only been since I've started this way of eating, but I CAN tell you that it's really pleasant during the summer months, because I'm now more active during the HOT weather much to my husbands enjoyment...(he's always been one for the hot weather)...

Sorry I couldn't be of any total help, but I just had to reply to your question ... It very well could be...

Maybe if enough people reply with the same responses... thru process of elimination your question could be answered... I know I've discovered alot of other "benefits" through LC'ing and my bodily functions... so maybe this is one of them???
