Emes Veg. Gelatin

Does anyone know, or know where I can find, the carb content of Emes vegatarian gelatin?

I've searched and searched and even called the only number I could find for the manufacturer, but it was disconnected.

I know it's a currently available product, but I don't want to get it unless I know the real carb count is low.

Alternatively, can someone recommend a non-animal sourced gelatin that is LC?

I looked and couldn't find much. I do know that Eames is made primarily from seaweed-so I cannot imagine it has too many carbs. I would think it is pretty safe.

I wish I could find that brand around here! It really grosses me out to know that the common gelatin is made from pig hooves!
