Question Keytosis and excercise

Does excercise speed the return to keytosis if you have fallen out of it?

not that I know of, though I've heard extra exercise will increase ketones a bit (perhaps from "trace" to "small")

Try to think of LCing as a permanent way of eating. From that perspective, one or two days of lapse, being out of ketosis for whatever reason, or a month-long stall doesn't provoke as much anxiety. From that perspective, every little glitch just becomes another opportunity for learning something interesting about our bodies.
