I'm no expert and I'm not trying to tell you your business, but you do realize that I'm not working out at anywhere near the level or intensity that I would guess you do, so I possibly can't effectively use two whole days of carbing up. I'm going to try the 36-hour approach and see how I do. And I agree that it does kinda take the fun out of it, LOL!
