Default a nice natural remedy for bloat

i use this every night in the late evening...hope everyone who tries it finds it helpful...one thing i have learned from a low carb lifestyle is that some proteins which are more dense can make the body naturally retain water...
if you find this happening to you or if you would just like a little trick to give your body a light "flush" try some HOT FRESH LEMON WATER...take a quarter of a lemon and squeeze into 8 oz. of HOT water.....if it's too bitter for your liking, and a packet of equal...........
best to do this after you are finished eating and drinking for the day...you want it to work on systemic bloat versus the food and drink you're putting in the body...you want it to travel through the bloodstream to extract excess water from the cells and pull it to the bladder and colon...
i do this every night......i like it and it's soothing!!!!!

Way back when when I was working in NYC a friend of mine introduced me to a Day Spa where one of their de-toxifying remedies was lemon water...and it definitely works....and yes it relieves bloat. Also after I had my breast reduction surgery this was advised to me by my friends and breasthealthonline.com - - I drank lemon water every day and it helped in the swelling and promoted healing.
