Angry Row Row Row your Bloat

Okay you all this day was not good. For the past few days been bloated and feeling yuck. Must be holding the water. Aside from that my food addiction seems to haunt me always. Since lowcarbin (19 days)
I have felt great most days but the last few have been tough. Bloated and feeling like i just want to eat. and unfortunately i do!!
Try to stay under the 20 carbs but i know i am just eating far to much.
What is this self sab stuff??
Could it be cheese?
Has anyone else experienced this when they thought they were doing good. Thanks in advance for the replies!

I don't really understand your exasperation. I'd be thrilled to lose ten pounds in 19 days. Regardless of what Dr. Atkins said, this is not a quick weight loss diet. If that's what you're looking for, look elsewhere (like on telephone poles for scam diets.)

Otherwise, get used to healthy eating and slow but steady weight loss.....

Try re-reading your Atkins book about what to havei n induction. If I recall it's a limit to 2-3 oz of hard cheese per day. Perhaps you're lactose intolerant? Did dairy make you bloated before? Also, in reading your journal you've been indugling in alcohol sugars and they can cause bloat. All the best and keep coming back!
