Default Celebrate -weight Loss And Body Fat%
Hey everyone :-)

With all the support and everything, I just wanted to celebrate! I lost 7 lbs in 6 weeks..Out of the six weeks..I lost 5 in two starting Atkins

I also lost 1.3% body fat in one month! This WOE is wonderful. I think I contribute a lot of the body fat loss to eating protein which is helping w/ building lean muscle.

All of you are wonderful and so supportive. I fell like I have found my 2nd family.

Thax..To think when I started I felt like I would never even make it to this point and now I am like there is no stopping me now!

Like Diana Ross say.."Ain't no mountain high enough" to keep me away from this WOE!
