Unhappy Indigestion

Hi. I'm a newbie. I have been on the Atkin's diet for four days. I am experiencing very uncomfortable indigestible. It is not relieved by Pepcid. Do you think it is the cheese and eggs I have been eating? I eat cheese as a snack because I don't know what else to eat. Any suggestions for my indigestion? Has anyone else experienced this?

one of the best ways to combat indigestion is to drink more water. It dilutes the stomach acids. Also something that works for me when I feel a tummy ache or a bit of indigestion is to take extra magnesium. Magnesium I believe is one of the ingredients in tums.? I do know that magnesium with help to neutralize stomach acids.
