Default splenda question

I would like to know the carb count in a cup of splenda. I know I saw it somewhere in the forum, but I forgot where. ( I am not planning on eating a whole cup, just need the count for recipes, :lol

Thanks in advance!!!

Hi Jedigddss!

Pourable Splenda has 24 grams of carb per cup, which works out to 0.5 grams of carb per level teaspoon.

Default Granular vs. Packets

It's also good to remember that packet versions of Splenda are of a different volume. When using granular, Splenda measures 1:1 to sugar. When using packets, count each packet as two teaspoons sugar. Good to know for those of us who may have a hard time finding the granulated boxes.
