Do I have this right???
Just want to make sure I understand what I'm doing!
If I have 19 grams of carbs in one day and 7 of them are listed as fiber, I only count 12 as my total for the day.
And if the above is true, then I can go over 20 grams of carbs per day as long as, when the fiber is subtracted, the remainder is not over 20. Such as, 25 g carb - 7 g fiber = 18 total grams of carbs that count for the day.
Am I correct?
