Could we add The South Beach Diet?

I realize that this is a low carb forum, but there are some plans here on this forum that are "moderate carb plans" and although it says in the SBD book that is it not low carb, it IS moderate carb.

Just wondering if this is possible because it does seem that there are some people here on this forum following this plan and it is so great to have all the input of everyone here. Just a thought...

I see posted here alot when someone asks about a diet plan, and they are told to read the book, well I found this book to be a "good read" Thank you for your time.

This idea has been under review for some time by our moderators, and a decision will be made when a consensus is reached.
