Lifting Weights - lose faster?
Here's an interesting study with results that I was unaware of. I dunno, maybe this is common knowledge.
It says people lose faster if they do anaerobic (weight lifting) workouts. Wish I had known this when I started on Atkins and began walking off the pounds. Could have saved a lot of miles!

Elsewhere on this same site, it states that you burn calories for 3-14 hours after anaerobic exercise, and that anaerobic burns 9 times more fat than aerobic exercise. Wow, I never knew that!

Anyway, I'm not a big fitness buff, although I'm trying to learn how to take care of my body, and wanted to share this with anyone else interested...
