Today I went to breakfast with my family to Steak-n-Shake and asked the waitress for a nutrition guide and she had no idea what I was talking about.
She said she would have to ask the manager and it would take a few minutes and I thought it was not worth it to keep my family waiting while I looked at a nutrition guide to order.

I decided to get on the internet and search all the places I like to eat and see if they have the info on their websites and so far I have found quite a few who do so I am printing them out and keeping them in my purse for the next time I go to that particular restaurant .
