That's great - I'm happy for your results. You are obviously feeling great and losing well.

As long as you are past the transition period of Induction, exercise is great. It helps use energy (which burns fat), helps develop muscle mass (which takes up less room than the fat it replaces so you get leaner faster) and raises your metabolic rate so that you use more calories (=burn more fat) for hours after you finish the exercise.

Yea... What happened was i lost about 15 pounds being lazy.. ( not going to the gym) then i was only lost 1 lb in 4 days so then i descided to get my butt in gear and start going to the gym again... Exersise + Atkins = Lots of Fat Loss...

Besides the weight loss, you fell better after, the next day, etc...

Anyone know creatine effects w/atkins?

Talking Yea baby, I love my tae-bo and tennis!

I know how ya'll feel. I do tae-bo and play tennis with my b/f. Not necessarily religously, being I didn't feel good for most of last week when I had a touch of the cold. I usually play about an hour of tennis and go swimming afterward to stretch my muscles out that I just put to work. And tae-bo. Everytime I kick or punch I imagine I am punching my old way of life out the door , out it goes. I just passed the 40lb mark . I never realized it would be so easy to be so healthy. So, yes for exercise and double yes for the wonderful stupendous atkins WOL. Everyone have a wonderful day, sincerely, Belle
