Psyllium husks = CARBS?
Hi all,
I'm trying like mad to figure out what I'm doing wrong on this diet before I give up. So I have been plugging anything that passes my lips into FitDay. I got to pysllium husks, taken for fiber, and found 108 grams for 1 cup of husks!
Since I take 5-8 tablets throughout the day, is this enough to add up to serious carbs? Maybe it's the psyllium?
