Default Quick Question on Ratios (and pilates)

Hey guys...two quick questions in one post here...

1-I know everyone is different, but for those using fitday...what is the general target percentages for fat, carbs, protein? I have seen posts about this before, but couldnt find any now that I am interested.

2-For those who do Pilates, how do you enter that in fitday? I am having trouble finding anything close to it!

Thanks in advance!

Since pilates is a form of weight or resistance training (ie: using your own body weight for training) I would use weight lifting, light and just plug in how long you do it

I enter my Pilates as Calisthentics.

Ratios - 70% fat, 25% protein, 5% carbs.
