Question Low carb bars or shakes

Are there any low carb bars or shakes out there that actually taste good. I like the convenience of not having to cook anything especially in the morning. I have tried a few different brands but think most taste pretty awful. Any ideas of things you have tried. Some are so expensive I hate to buy them and hate them. Thanks for your help.

I prefer Keto shakes (although they all taste a little off if you are expecting cream ) because they use fiber to counter the carbs not sugar alcohols.

Sugar alcohols stall some peoples weightloss.

I like the EAS AdvantEdge Carb Control Shakes, they taste pretty good (better if cold). Strawberry is my favorite. The vanilla is ok.

I know you can get them at Wal-Mart, so they should be pretty easy to find.

Wink Thanks

I am not sure what a Keto shake is? I will have to give the others a try. Thanks for the input.

Keto is a company name that I buy through netrition.com (this forums shopping stuff).

It doesn't use sugar alcohols for its sweetness and has lots of fiber and protein.

The Atkins ready to drink shakes are the best I've found. The EAS one's are a bit watery and the Carb Solutions ones have a bad smell to them.

I love the Atkins Strawberry and Vanilla. I use these as a quick breakfast when I don't have time to cook in the morning.

Default atkins shakes

I have found that the atkins ready to drink shakes are truely the best!
All are pretty darn good, and they make a great quick breakfest!

as for the bars, I also like to eat the Atkins Advatage bars!

I love the cinnemon roll ones, peanut butter, and coconut round off the top three!

Give them a try!

I find Walmart in my town is the cheapest for these all, and GNC sometimes has a great special if you buy a box of 15 bars!

let me know what you think!

I like the Atkin's advantage bars, too. My favorite is the 'almond brownie bar' - the flavor reminds me of rumballs for some reason!
