induction question

Hello all,
I have an induction question. Is tofu allowed during induction of atkins? If so how much?

Never saw it on a induction list of ok foods, but here is the carb content of some tofus: Carb Counter - Tofu

I looked this up with the carb counter under quick links on the right. Look and see if your package of tofu has any nutritional information on it.
