Question Carb Cycling Program- any Info please

I was reading "Living Low Carb" Fran McCullough, tonight and she mentioned Carb Cycling program which you spend 1 1/2 days carbing-up then 5 1/2 days in ketosis. on a very low-carb diet, w/bouts of strenous exercise to set things off by burning glycogen." Is this a body building type of diet like the "mike"post or have other successful LC who are not in "training" tried this with much success.
I lost 13 lbs in Jan + 8". Eating more carbs + 5-10 and added circut traing + 80+ oz water in Feb lost 3 lbs and no inches I am now looking to another program and was interested in this cycling as an option. I am frustrated, and need some insight and support to keep me going.
By the way thanks for all the support you/we share to keep me from totally giving up.
Jules

Take a look at the stickies in the CKD/Body Opus thread- I think you'll find your program there.
