Hello Fellow Canadians

I'm looking for any good grocery stores that may have low carb selections....such as shakes, ....

I found a pro protein shake at a 7 eleven ...4 carbs but ok for breakfast!

I know you're from Ontario but it seems to be the same here in Vancouver but the only place I can find protein shakes and the like are in the "health food" stores, like Vitamin House. I don't know if you happen to have any "Save-on-food" stores but they've started putting in an aisle of stuff that's more "alternative" than the mainstream, which also carry shake-type material. You might be able to ask your grocer if they could perhaps stock specific kinds.

I know this doesn't really help you but just thought I'd put my two cents worth in here.
