Kurt,
You're fine. The active cultures in yogurt consume the milk sugar (lactose) as they are multiplying and living in the yogurt. The reduction in carbs comes way before you open your tub and pop the spoon in your mouth.
There are lots of benefits to eating the active cultures in yogurt, though and I would try to get some "un-frozen" yogurt in, occasionally just for the health benefits.
Your frozen treat sounds extremely yummy. I'd have some myself if I hadn't just gone back on Induction.
Happy munching,
Dig
