Default Good appetite supressant?

Lately when I get home from work at 3pm I find myself hungry and start snacking. Well the snacking has gotten out of control, even though I snack on legal foods. Can someone recommend something that will keep my apetite in check in the afternoon? I am really trying to cut down on nuts, cheese and peanut butter, and it is usually in the afternoon when I eat these foods. I sometimes use metabolife in the morning, but I can't take it past 11am or it keeps me up at night. Any suggestions?

Default Eat more fat in the morning

Could give a rant about appetite suppresants but won't.

I believe in learning to work with your body, not con it. You want it to know you'll listen when it sends you signals. Ignoring signals leads to bigger problems later on.

Eat a bigger breakfast, with more fat, or a bigger lunch, if you're hungry too soon in the afternoon. For me, a 3 pm hunger would indicate too much carb because, again for me only, hunger at that time of day is an insulin/blood sugar problem. YMMV.

Or why not eat a real dinner at 3?
