Hi, I'm new to LCing. My husband read the "What if it's all been a big fat lie" article in the NYT magazine a few weeks ago (very pro-Atkins) and started on Atkins. I was skeptical but am trying to be supportive and by cooking LC I've inadvertently been along for the ride. I just bought Schwarzbein and think it's a better approach for me. This forum seems awesome and I look forward to reading more from all of you!

You're right about the site....it IS awesome. We're glad you found us! Schwarzbein is a great plan and many of our members are on that plan, too!

Be sure to browse our kitchen sub-forum....lots of great recipes there!
