Bleeding nose after sugar

Is it normal to get a nose bleed after a high-sugar snack while low-carbing? I just had a piece of cake and suddenly 5-10 mins later i got a nose bleed. Whats going on!

It could be unrelated. Nose bleeds are a side effect of a sudden change in blood sugar, at least when it shoots down. At least that was my experience in the past pre-LC

Could it also be from very dry hot wheather or altatude change?
