Default Reverse whoosh fairy ...

Really found the whoosh fairy link interesting ... and I think it explains some of my weight problem....

I've never gradually put on weight -- I hang tight at a particular weight, up my carbs and still maintain -- then "suddenly" I put on 5-10 pounds in the space of a few days. Sort of a "reverse" whoosh fairy.....

I maintained for several years, upping my carbs and getting just slightly lazy (occasionally eating some bread, pizza, or rice -- never sugary desserts or a huge carb serving of anything), then "suddenly" I put on about 10 pounds -- wasn't all that bad until I put on the next 10 pounds -- now I need to lose aobut 20 pounds and the weight seems to be hanging tight. Maybe I just need to hang in there with the induction phase and it'll whoosh away!

Anyway, it was a really good link, should be "required reading" for slow losers......
