Question Herbs

I was looking for herbs to season meat or poultry and I saw one which had no sugar it was a mixture of garlic, red pepper flakes, an oil (I can't remember the one), annato and cornstarch. Is it okay to use a dry seasoning mix with cornstach in it?

Also, I bought some mayo

The nutritional info for 1 tablespoon was:

100 calories
protein 0.3g
Total fat 11 g (poly 6.6g, mono 2.5g, sat 1.5g)
cholesterol 7mg
Total carbs 0g
sugar 0g
starch 0g
dietay fibre 0g

sodium 77mg
potassium 2mg

But the ingredients said: soybean oil, frozen whole egg, frozen yolk, water, white vinegar, salt, sugar , spices, concentrated lemon juice, calcium disodium edta.

Can I still use it even if it says sugar in ingredients?

If it has less sugar than salt it is usually okay. Most mayos have a little sugar, but don't sweat the small stuff.

Try some Ms. Dash, it is good, and it is all natural. No sugars.
