Can anyone help me with things to eat in introduction?
Hey yall! I just started today. I eat cheese, milk, eggs and veggies. no meat or fish yuck!
any ideas what else I can include during introduction? Also, I have been allowing myself to drink those new Michelob Ultra beers, only 2.6 carbs per bottle, as long as my daily carbs don't exceed 20 grams. Everone has there opinion on this, but does antone really know if its okay?
