Hi Lily!
You are on day 6 of induction, if I read your profile correctly. Right now you're going through a severe detox. That's what gives you the headache (boy, did I have a headache... as well as nausea, dizziness, fatigue etc...) If you have quit caffeinated coffee even more so. (I actually started drinking coffee again after a week, couldn't bear being such a nuisance to my significant others. )
Just bear with these dog days and you'll be fine soon.
Don't allow yourself to get to the point of hunger where you get these headaches, nibble instead - on Induction approved food, of course. You should have at least 6 meals a day to keep your bloodsugar up and cravings down, especially in the beginning.
And please don't forget your water, drink lots, religiously! And take some cal/mag supplement - in order to prevent leg cramps and dizziness.
