least porky pork rinds?
i have had a pork rind, once, while i was still an unwitting HC'er-
and i almost puked. i can't eat pork dark meat, because of that PORKY flavor. i don't know how to compare it except for like the difference between eating lamb and mutton. mutton has that sheepy flavor (would you call that gamey?) that just makes me go ICK. (!)
but there seems to be a wonderful world of LC recipes out there for me if i use pork rinds- i just don't know where to start. i almost have this mental block about it.
sooooo....
can anyone recommend a particularly bland or not-too-porky variety of pork rinds?
